From Episcopalian Bishop to Roman Catholic Priest Theology on the Vine - November 3, 2011 Special Guest: Fr. Jeffrey Steenson In 2007 Fr. Jeffrey Steenson was the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of the Rio Grande. In 2009 he was ordained a priest of the Roman Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Currently he is the Carl and Lois Davis Visiting Professor in Patristic Studies at St. Mary’s Seminary in Houston, Texas. In this presentation you will hear about his journey, the history of the relationships between the Anglican or Episcopalian Church and the Roman Catholic Church and the Vision of Christian Unity. |
