Lights, cameras, and local television celebrities have become a familiar site at WHAM over the past month with numerous stories being filmed in our food pantry, employment services, and Second Blessing resale store. The excitement at WHAM was especially high on May 24 when we were in the national spotlight and featured on ABC Good Morning America's Strahan and Sara show. CEO Mark Brown and Pantry Manager Verita Duncan were interviewed live, and a surprise appreciation lunch was presented to honor staff and volunteers. Helping the needy and making their lives better is at the center of all we do, so it makes us proud to be recognized for our work. We hope you will take a moment to enjoy these media clips with us, and Watch WHAM Shine!
