TOV - Theology on the Vine

Curious name isn't it!

Well actually it reflects a very simple insight. After we finish with formal education, the appeal of continued classroom learning wanes just a bit. If someone invites you to go hear a lecture on religion, that might not be the most exciting thing for a pre-start to the weekend.

But what about going somewhere to meet people you see every Sunday. Somewhere that you will be offered a glass of wine, some appetizers and after a short while listen to a short talk on your faith and ask questions about it. Suddenly that doesn't sound so bad.

We welcome anyone who wants to come, of any faith background or none.
Begin with a free glass of wine or other beverage, appetizers, and good conversation.
Listen to a presentation by Father Mario or a guest on the topic of the evening, followed by questions from the floor or questions turned in as you enter.
